All items are second-hand unless clearly stated otherwise.

The condition of each item is noted in the product description, including any visible faults or flaws.

All garments are freshly laundered and ready to wear upon arrival.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Items are sold as is.

Purchases can be made through: Our website, Pop-up shops, In-person by appointment at our Kennington location

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Within Australia

We ship via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–10 business days (may vary during peak periods).

Flat rate shipping:

$12 Standard Delivery

$20 Express Post

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels due to incorrect information.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website.

For orders outside Australia, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Lost Packages (Within Australia)

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or cannot be tracked, please contact us via our contact form or DM us on Instagram, and we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers are beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays but will do our best to assist where possible.

Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Need same-day pickup? Contact us directly — this may be arranged at our discretion.

Orders must be collected within 90 days of purchase.

Pickup location will be sent to you once order has been received and ready for collection.
